It is our objective to grow our portfolio via the acquisition of development opportunities. However, we are willing to joint venture, sign long-term leases, partake in forward commitments / fundings for the right type of transactions.  We require development opportunities with an ideal minimum envelope size of 50,000 square feet or more.  We will take planning risk.

We would typically be interested in developing projects of the following nature:

- 100 – 300 Units in key European central city locations,

- 5,000 – 15,000 sqm GIA

  • 60% Studios

  • 40% 1-Bed apartments

- Ground floor F&B / Co-Working

- Gym / Yoga Studio

- Associated FOH & BOH
