Our current pipeline spans across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France and the Netherlands. Our focus is to deliver aparthotels, serviced apartments, hotels and hotel anchored mixed-use developments in European / UK Gateway Cities that aspire to lift its surroundings.
We seek to deploy an additional £350million of equity across the United Kingdom and Europe over the next few years.
Target European Cities:
It is our objective to grow our portfolio via the acquisition of development opportunities. However, we are willing to joint venture, sign long-term leases, provide EBITDA guarantees and forward commitments for the right type of transactions. We require development opportunities with an ideal minimum envelope size of 50,000 square feet or more. We are willing to take planning risk.
We would typically be interested in developing projects of the following nature:
- 100 – 250 Units in key European central city locations,
- 5,000 – 10,000 sqm GIA
- 50% Studios (image / plan to follow)
- 40% 1 bed apartments (image / plan to follow)
- 10% 2 bed apartment (image / plan to follow)
- Ground floor F&B / Social Hub
- Associated FOH & BOH area
